Important Notice: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be reversed. You will lose access to active warranty revisits, saved addresses, booking history, and unused coupons or wallet credits.

Data Permanently Deleted:

  • Customer name and profile photo
  • Saved delivery & home GPS coordinates
  • Firebase push notification tokens
  • Marketing contact preferences
  • Active login sessions and JWT auth keys

Data Retained for Legal Compliance:

  • Historical GST tax invoices (7 years mandatory under Indian CGST Act 2017)
  • Payment settlement transaction IDs for RBI financial reconciliation
  • Fraud prevention and chargeback dispute logs
